myVigil is request-only while commercial measurement and capacity review continue. The displayed planning starting points are Dedicated / Private Brain from $179 per month; Family Brain at $199 per month for exactly two consenting adults plus $65 per month for up to three additional consenting adults, with a five-adult maximum under the standard offer; and Dedicated VM / Cloud from $329 per month using a custom bill of materials with centrally governed AI services. They are not binding quotes or general-availability prices. Each accepted proposal states the service, capacity, and price that apply to you.
Dedicated / Private Brain and Dedicated VM / Cloud plans are for one adult's normal personal use. Family Brain is a deliberately shared trusted boundary for exactly two consenting adults and up to three contracted additional active adults, with a maximum of five people under the standard offer. Larger families require a tailored proposal. Unrelated people, and family members who need confidential separation, need separate Private Brains.
Fair use does not include uncontracted shared accounts, resale or sublicensing, bulk or third-party processing, continuous unattended workloads, or abusive or recursive automation, such as runaway agent loops. These activities may be rate-limited, suspended, or terminated.
Your agreed capacity is set in writing before onboarding and may cover AI model usage, conversational voice, messaging, memory, and connected-service calls. Family capacity is shared by the contracted members. Billing remains month-to-month during the request-only measurement period; no annual or prepaid commitment applies unless a separately versioned future policy is accepted. No public minimum-resource, latency, or availability SLA applies during measurement.
We aim for predictable behavior, never a surprise bill:

We may apply rate limits, per-account budgets, and automated safeguards to protect the service, providers, and other customers. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or activity that threatens security or availability.
We may update this policy as the service or capacity model changes. For a material change, we will give reasonable notice by email or through the agreed customer channel before it takes effect. Questions may be sent to hello@myvigil.ai.
